After the first indoor meet of the season where I placed 1st and 2nd in the 800 and 1600 respectively, I found out I had developed postterrior fibula tendonitis in my ankle. The injury resulted in 3 weeks of absolutely no running.

Finally today my physical therapist has cleared me to start running again. I am planning on making an aggressive comeback to my training and hope to race on the 10th! Can not wait to run fast!

The outdoor season is quickly approaching! T-minus 5 weeks!
